“In the last six years, we have seen the size of projects along with the number of new entrants in the hydrogen space rapidly increase. It is personally quite satisfying to move into the next phase of Canada’s hydrogen journey as part of the HTEC team, where we can have a major impact on how infrastructure gets developed,” says Sabina Russell, current Principal, Zen Clean Energy Solutions.
Zen will continue to operate as HTEC’s wholly owned subsidiary during this transition phase. The team will be completely integrated by September 30, 2022. Jeff Grant and Sabina Russell, Principals of Zen will join HTEC’s Executive Team, expanding the company’s current portfolio.
